Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At AB Industries, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and in line with our customer-first philosophy, we have implemented a flexible yet transparent cancellation and refund policy, detailed as follows:

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made promptly after the order is placed. The cancellation request must be submitted before the order is dispatched or handed over to the shipping partner.

1.2. Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, no cancellation request will be entertained.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

2.1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Service team at team@niasjewels.co within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order. Claims received after this period may not be entertained.

2.2. The returned item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

2.3. Upon receiving your complaint, the product will be inspected by our quality control team. If the defect or damage is verified, a suitable replacement or refund will be issued. The final decision will be at the sole discretion of AB Industries.

2.4. If you believe that the product delivered does not match the item shown on our website or is materially different from what was expected, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Each such case will be reviewed individually, and AB Industries reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the findings.

2.5. Once the returned product is received back and approved by AB Industries, the replacement will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

3. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

3.1. For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the respective manufacturer for claims related to defects or malfunctioning covered under the warranty terms. AB Industries is not liable for warranty-related issues for such products.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6 to 8 (six to eight) business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment in 7-10 days, used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment gateway and banking partner involved, and AB Industries will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party institutions.

5. General Terms

5.1. AB Industries reserves the right to revise or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
